1. In the evening, cleanse and completely dry the skin.

2. Apply a small amount with clean hands or a cotton pad, avoiding the eyes and lips. Do not rinse.

3. Follow with a gentle moisturiser.

Start once weekly. If well tolerated, increase gradually to no more than 2–3 times per week.
